I appreciate all of you who faithfully read my blog, who occasionally read my blog, who post comments (I love comments!), and who tell me in person that you read my blog.

Well let me say that I am so glad I stumbled onto your blog two years ago. You have shared some great homeschooling resources, and I love to read about your travels and what you're learning at home, and your love of nature. Here's to a thousand more! :)
ReplyDeletewow has it been that long? good to re-connect with you. 9, Matthew too, if you scroll down my blog a bit you will see a photo of him, he is so big! yes, I have 5 kids now! Max is right here beside me, 4 months old, I think you have met Lily and laura, maybe not Annie, she just turned 4.
ReplyDeletethanks for the kudos on the book! can you believe I did that?!? it has been busy here.
I ran into Natasha and Daniel in the art museum recently, do you remember them from nature class? she was Russian, her son bright too...
so cool you were in Dublin, we were there last summer too, funny if we were there the same time. We go every year now for June & July, this year will be the 5th time!
so nice to catch up.
Shona
Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteYour blog is always a nice inspiration!
Congrats!!
ReplyDeleteI am not sure what # I am at...
1000 is a lot of posts!
Congrats on your 1000 post. I've enjoyed reading them over the years and you serve as inspiration to so many others. Here's to another 1000.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great post. I just had one of the ‘Doh!’ moments and ran back to correct my own site before publishing my comment. You see my own comment form did not match what I’m about to advice. I get less comment than you, so never noticed any problem. I’ve changed it now anyway so here goes.

There have been a couple of changes in the instructions I sent you. To make things easier for everyone since our group has grown so much, instead of having to put all of the links in each post or on your sidebar, I have made a button for the group. Just grab my button and put that in your sidebar.
ReplyDeleteThe other change is that instead of having to post at the end of each week, you may post about your progress any time of the week that is best for you; but do try to post weekly. When posting your progress each week, if you could mention the group and a link to my blog in your posts, that would be great. That way people can go to my blog and see the list of the other participants and click around to see their progress as well.
Please check my blog often for tips, notes of encouragement and exciting news. Coming soon will be a post about a Flickr group for our Mothers' art group and also a giveaway.
And if you could you please send me your email address to sewingwithtrudy at yahoo dot com so that if I want to do a group email, I'll have everyone's address? Thanks so much.

ReplyDeleteI have really enjoyed your blog over the years and I now consider you a true friend. We may have never met in person, but it feels like we have.
Your blog brought us together and for that I'm truly thankful.
Keep it up my friend!
