And, my first attempt at pysanky! It was a little harder than I thought, but I'll keep trying! I followed the tutorial at That Artist Woman.

Amazing pictures!!
ReplyDeleteThat spider looks a little scarry for me! :0 I love the painted egg - beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI have no idea what the cascarones are. But it looks like fun.
ReplyDeleteOh! I saw those pysanky eggs on her site, too. And I wanted to give them a try. But I didn't have time to go out and get the tool.
Was it fun, or tedious?
Cascarones? Am I going to have to Google them to find out what they are?
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!
Love your decorated eggs & that pysanky! No idea what cascarones are, though!
ReplyDeleteI also wanted to ask, would Alexandra be interested in writing good old fashioned snail-mail letters as a pen pal for Kathryn? Just a thought; let me know. ♥
Such pretty eggs, but that spider, Eeeek! *runs away screaming* The pysanky art is something that I just found about from my neighbor this Easter. It is just beautiful and I think that you did a wonderful job
